| Features & Benefits | This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Pseudomonas savastanoi pv. phaseolicola (Psph), the causal agent of halo blight, in bean leaves, pods, seeds, and stem. Bacterial cultures can also be tested. Psph symptoms include lesions on cotyledons, leaves, stems, and seed coats. Leaf lesions are usually surrounded by a yellow, chlorotic "halo" area. |
