Features & Benefits | This ELISA test is a qualitative serological assay for the detection of Tobacco streak virus (TSV) in ornamental and vegetable leaves. TSV is a member of the Ilarvirus genus known for their non-enveloped, quasi-spherical-shaped virus particles. The test demonstrates cross-reactivity with Strawberry necrotic shock virus (SNSV), therefore, can also be used as a detection tool for SNSV. |
