| Features & Benefits | This kit is intended for seed quality purposes to determine the presence of the Bt-Cry3Bb1 protein in YieldGard® Rootworm, YieldGard® Plus, YieldGard VT Rootworm/RR2® and YieldGard VT Triple® corn hybrids. Using this test system, you can reliably confirm the presence of Bt-Cry3Bb1 protein in single leaves and single seeds. This test recognizes Bt-Cry3Bb1 protein and does not differentiate between and shows no cross-reaction with Bt-Cry1Ab, Bt-Cry1Ac, Bt-Cry1F, Bt-Cry2A, Bt-Cry3A, Bt-Cry9C, Bt-Cry34Ab1, Bt-Cry35Ab1, NPTII, EPSPS (events GA21 and NK603), or PAT (LibertyLink®) proteins. This kit does not differentiate between the Bt-Cry3Bb1 proteins produced in YieldGard® Rootworm, YieldGard® Plus, YieldGard VT Rootworm/RR2® and YieldGard VT Triple® corn hybrids. |
