| Features & Benefits | Agdia has two positive control options for a CGMMV positive control. One option is a lyophilized tissue control, LPC 45702. The other is a lyophilzed synthetic control, CPC 45702. The tissue positive control for CGMMV is a lyophilized positive control derived from naturally infected tissue and manufactured to serve as a positive control with our CGMMV ELISA. The synthetic positive control for CGMMV is a synthetically produced material, not derived from plant tissue, designed to specifically react with antibodies used in our CGMMV ELISA. This control is not recommended for use in molecular applications. |
